We train barefoot in our Spacious 3,000 Sq ft open plan Gym with plenty of equipment, ample parking and clean bathrooms .Whether you want to do some heavy bag work or lift weights, our Gym will more than match your expectations.

4.pm Kick/Thai boxing (5yrs - 12yrs ).
5pm Open Session to members.
6pm Beginner's Thai boxing.

6pm All levels Boxing Basics
7-15pm Stretching & Mobility
